Promised I'd get back to you on my 5K results. Awhile ago I had entered a 5K race in a big Detroit event. The other day before the start of the Wednesday Weightloss Challenge, I was chatting with one of the challengers. She was telling me that a year ago she weighed in at around 300 pounds.
